You will need a few items to get started but you can find them at your local sporting goods and hardware stores or some of them at home.
- med ball (non bouncing type 10 to 20 lbs. depending on your strength. I use the 20)
- straps with handles or thick rope (rope needs to be at least 1/2 inch in diameter with knots near the ends).
- eye bolt (large enough eye to put the strap or rope through). This must be pre drilled and screwed into a stud (in your wall) near your ceiling in the room you want to use for workouts.
- 2 dumbbells (8 to 20 lbs. I use 20)
Now just do the workouts as quickly as possible using your best form. These workouts are designed to be done 6 days a week.
